Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 7 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders placed before 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday (except on holidays) will be processed the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next day we are open.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of 65 applies to orders with total value under Rs.1000/-.  We do not ship outside of India at this time.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns & exchanges up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. In case of refund, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@waywardwayz.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
